Executive Director
George has been successfully counseling adolescents and families for over twelve years. He has provided training for the staff of several local school districts including Spring Branch ISD, Katy ISD and Houston ISD. He has also trained hundreds of counselors and other mental health professionals on adolescent specific counseling approaches. In addition, George is a founding member of The National Alliance for Adolescent Behavioral Health, a coalition promoting advocacy and training for treatment professionals.

Crystal Morrison, MA, LPC
Psychotherapist
Crystal has been counseling dually diagnosed adolescents since 1991. She is licensed by the State of Texas as a professional counselor. She received her master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Houston in Clear Lake. Her area of expertise includes adolescent development, anger management, independent living skills, trauma resolution and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She is certified in the Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach as a clinician and clinical supervisor and has received training in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy approach.

Michael Cottingham
Office Manager
Michael has worked in the recovery community for over four years. He has experience in numerous areas including billing and medical records. Currently, he is enrolled in the University of Houston Clear Lake School of Social Work and wants to continue working with adolescents in recovery post graduation.

Jesse Frazier
Alternative Peer Group Coordinator
Jesse has spent over a decade managing the day-to-day activities for alternative peer groups across Houston. He has planned wilderness retreats and is the Founder and co-planner of Houston only Sober Prom “The Annual Sprom” which attracted over 300 participants its first year. He is connected to and consults with many church youth groups through out the greater area and continues to work in tandem with other outpatient agencies and alternative peer groups to form a strong community of recovering teens and their families. |

Cori Lopez
Adolescent Supervisor
Cori Lopez has managed the program activities and social functions for Teen and Family since 2003. Cori has worked with children and adolescents for several years. She has over eight years involvement with recovering young people and the twelve-step process. |

Kim Dickinson
Youth Staff
Kim Dickinson has been involved with recovering young people and the 12-step community since 2003. Since then, she has been an active participant in Teen and Family Alumni Group. Kim is now 22 years old and is a pre-med student at the University of Houston. She very much enjoys working with recovering adolescents.
