Clayton is an LCDC- I and has been working in the recovery field since he was 21 years old. Prior to Teen and Family Services, Clayton spent the beginning of his counseling career in a long-term residential environment. Following that, he became the lead counselor and program manager of the Right Step Intensive Outpatient program in Katy, TX, and then a program counselor for the Right Step Inpatient level of care. Clayton’s current position at TAFS is the Director and Lead Counselor at the Tomball location. Clayton is also a person in recovery, and his life’s mission is to empower other individuals with authenticity and a sense of purpose for their life in sobriety.
